You can connect directly with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) or Community Living BC (CLBC) to request a referral, depending on age and support needs.

We are here to have a conversation and help guide next steps in a way that feels clear and supportive.

Services are typically accessed through referrals from the Ministry of Children and Family Development for children and youth, and Community Living BC for adult services.

Once a referral is received, we connect with the individual and their support network to learn more and explore next steps together.

Program availability can vary depending on location and current capacity. We work to find the best possible fit based on each person’s needs and preferences.

When you reach out, you can expect a conversation. We will listen, answer questions, and help guide you through available options.

Support planning is person centred and ongoing. We take time to understand what matters to each person and adjust supports as needs and goals change.
